Vodacom terrible billing issues

I just loaded a 100 Meg's of data and its all finished in about an hour, I have not download or been browsing the Internet and Vodacom have taken all my data. The only application I have running is what's app! Tried calling the call center and the useless agents offer no assistance. This isn't the 1st time this has happened, prior to this I loaded R40 airtime and in 5 minutes That was finished, again I downloaded and didn't use the Internet. When I called te call centre they say its the phone I am using! That's horse, I have had this phone for well over a year and I have never had this experience before. I know how to use this phone. In the past 100 Meg's used to last me almost 2 mths because I only use what'sapp and occasionally go on facebook, now in just over an hour my data is depleted... THats bull, why the are you eating our money???
