Contracted for 4mbps internet, 20GB shaped traffic per month.
Internet performance no where - speed tests indicate 0.38mbps download speeds.
Log a call, reboot, do all they ask. Telkom lodges a technical fault. Technicians say nothing is wrong. Still get 0.38mbps.
Call again, log a fault - want to send another technician. I say, please help, this is not working. Who can I talk to. backward and forward trying to get this resolved. Agent disconnects.
Classic helkom, sorry, I mean telkom.
Now, sit with 4mbps contract, get 0.38mbps performance (if lucky), escalated tickets and no other channel to get service.
