PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CELL C

On the 27th of September I received a call frm cell c saying cz im buying airtime they giving me a special of a Samsung pocket for R99 I told the lady I dont want it but she persisted and was very forceful then another lady spoke to me saying they can give me 2 phones for R219 I said its too much and she said she will give it to me for R189. I was told I have 7 days to check out the phone which I did and was not impressed the 3rd days within the 7days period I contacted them and said they must collect the phones then they said yes they will send the couriers to collect. Two weeks after no response or collection of phones I took the phones to CELL C in canalwalk they then told me I mus take it to CELL C DIRECT in tygervalley mall which I did. They told me they will phone the main branch and will phone me on monday which they did and said RAM couriers will collect in the week. Then I was told I must pay a courier fee of R250-R300 cause of cancellation which im refusing to pay because the people that phone me the first time did not mention to me I would pay a fee if I should cancel.
