Cell C
3 weeks and still nothing Samsung S4

I took out a new Cell C contract exactly three weeks ago today for the new Samsung S4 and was told that the new phones had not yet been sent to the stores but that these would be received in that week and that I would be contacted as soon as they arrived. It is now 3 weeks later and despite numerous telephone calls and shop visits I still have not got my phone. I was in fact told that a shipment had been received in that first week but did not cover the number of phones on back order. I do not understand this as friends that have ordered after me at other Cell C stores have received their phones. NOBODY AT THIS STORE CAN TELL ME WHEN I SHOULD BE RECEIVING MY NEW SAMSUNG S4 BUT ARE SAYING THAT THE SUPPLIER IS THE PROBLEM.
