I received a Samsung Galaxy SIII from Cell C on the 18th of January 2013. A day later the screen cracked in a vague S-shape whilst I was holding it. the next day, it cracked again, branching off of the original. I took the phone back the following monday, expecting it to be covered by their 7-day return policy.

Three weeks later, I received a call, saying that the phone will not be repaired free of charge. I asked for a quote on the repair, which took a week and a half, coming in at just over R2000, a quarter of the phones actual worth! I declined the quote, asking for the phone to be sent back unrepaired. I was told it would be delivered within two days. a week later I phoned and was told it would only be returned the following wednesday, March the 27th. That day arrived and I received no call to come and fetch my phone, so again I called in. One of the attendants took my problem up with the call centre and was told the phone was being released be delivered the following day, and will be in that Friday, today, the 1st of March. I received a call today, and was told it had STILL not been released for delivery.

It is being kept without valid reason. I want my phone back NOW!
