Poor Internet Service

We constantly have internet problems. Telkom increases/decreases the line speed, resets port etc. but always have problems. Services will work for a day or so then extreme slowness. I have spoke to DSL "specialist" telling me there is a bandwidth problem in the area and they are looking into it. I am the IT consultant for our business and getting tired of telling management that we have Telkom problems. We can not work like this, as this is costing our company money. I'm in the progress of looking for alternative connections with other ISP as Telkom can not deliver. Due to this poor service, my day to day responsibilities are getting harder and harder due to the internet slowness causing other issues I have to attend like mails not going out or people receiving them multiple time and web based service that aren't working. We run a VPN connection on the line as well and even this is not working as it should. Can someone please contact me or do something about this is very urgent!
