I have repeatedly phoned mweb about my on & off working internet. I am really getting tired of wasting my time & money phoning time after time about why my internet is off & everytime its a different excuse. I get told no its telkom so I phone telkom & they tell me no its mweb? I've called telkom & they sent out someone to check what was happening, they said there is NO problem with our lines or any lines in the area, he even plugged our line into HIS laptop & he was getting perfect internet connectivity and SPEED?! So what is going on? We have been throttled on a package where were not ment to be and have been told I have "fair usage" throttling, fair enough. I have stopped downloading as frequently & yet I still encouter problems with very slow internet, so slow nothing wants to open. My internet is perminently turning on & off for no reason, im paying alot of money for something that works HALF the time & im not even getting the correct speed im paying for! Two people I know with the same package never have any issues so why only ME? They download and game online as much as I do. Im considering canceling, if theirs can work just fine why cant mine, im paying enough for it to!
