DISGUSTING SERVICE

At the end of March my phone was upgraded, and I changed my contract. The total of my monthly spend should have been reduced by at least R300-00, however R558.86 was deducted from my salary on the 25th of April, and my other statements have around the same amount requested as payment on them.

The Lifestyle Package, Look for Help and Look for Me was not removed as requested. I want this sorted out, and reduced according to my original request - I was preparing to cancel my contract and get a pre-paid, now Autopage Cellular are me! I am furious!

I have sent many emails, and get responses stating someone will contact me within 24 hours - I am still waiting!!! I also get told that I have to wait 3 months before I can change my contract!
