I am highly disappointed in MTN and BlackBerry. I have received two O.B.V (Out of Box value) phones in less than a year, when i send it back with my problems specified it comes back with the very same problem and more. It's been two weeks since my phone has been sent in and it 's not back, they didn't even offer me a temporary phone for the time being. When I asked why don't they offer me one. I was told that MTN does not give them temp phones. On the other hand MTN has decided to block my number from receiving messages and phone calls and they told me that they'll respond to me within three as to what's the problem and my phone has been blocked for the past week. What about the important calls and messages that i've missed out on??? I'm planning on changing to a better network that never gave me problems when i was using it, which is Vodacom. I WANT A NEW PHONE Blackberry Mtn not another phone that's O.B.V... I've had it with Blackberry and MTN, this is UTTER NONSENSE!!! I'M YOUNG BUSINESS WOMAN AND I'M LOOSING OUT ON CLIENTS AND MONEY
