Debit order cancelled with authorization

Vodacom Cancelled Debit Order in August 2013 without letting me know... I have many debit orders going out and did not notice this... I received an account via post yesterday (first time ever) that states that I owe them -6500. coz this contract has been deleted. I never asked for debit order to be cancelled, I never got contacted by them. This Sim was never used... Tried calling them spoke to Lebohang, asked to speak to a manager. Hoping that they had more brains than Lebohang, waited for 15 minutes and then I cut the call. I pulled out a Transunion ITC report and see that they have started to give me bad credit... THIS IS NOT MY FAULT BUT YOUR FUGGED UP ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT.

Someone needs to get back to me regarding this asap...
