I cancelled my Telkom residential line (ref 82537168A) on 23 July 2013 and was informed it takes 30 days. On 1 September however a debit order for R157 was collected from my bank account. I called to follow up (Ref 27027630) and I was informed the debit order was never cancelled. I was promised a refund but have not received it yet. Telkom service is not op to scratch. Please refund asap and confirm that debit order is cancelled.
