Shockingly poor service from Vodacom

I upgraded my contract some time during the last quarter of 2012. The phone (Balckberry 9900) is still within the 1 year warranty and have had endless issues since day 1. The day I recieved the first phone, the handset did not vibrate. I took the phone home, charged it as indicated only to figure, the phone did not vibrate. The next day i went back and requested that the phone be replaced, which was done, due to the fact that it was new, however a new phone had to be ordered, whch i recieved a day or two later. A few months have passed and now the phone has issues again. The phone heats up, charges for hours and yet the battery will die after a few minutes, phone is terribly slow, track pad worked when it wanted to. I handed in the phone at Gateway branch on 05/04, today is the 29/04, and i sit without my fone. Phone was sent to JHB to investigate, a week later was told it will be replaced with a refurbished phone, the replacement arraived, with some damages, and this was sent back. Another week later the second replacement arrived, and guess what, it was another fautly unit. i called and spoke to Rishi the manager, not very helpful... 4 weeks later still no phone
