Awaiting replacement phone two years on. Vodacom

Hi there
I purchased a cell phone on contract at the Claremont branch of vodacom in Sept 2011 and returned it within a week due to a fault which caused the phone to switch itself off consistently. I returned the phone and it was sent for repairs. The repair note on its return claimed they couldnt find anything wrong with the phone. It continued to get worse and I brought it back to claremont and the repair technician stated that it was a major fault and the motherboard had been replaced. The phone continued to switch off and I was sent to vodacare Canal walk to take up the issue. There Omar accellerated my complaint (ya right) and agreed that the third repair should be replaced by a new phone.
It was returned repaired and a replacement was refused even though Omar Hendricks gave his word that the entire handset had been replaced the phone still SWITCHED OFF!!!
Itook the phone the fouth time and told them to either provide a new phone or I would not accept the phone. Omar was totally unhelpful and said he would try and accellerate AGAIN. I then recieved a call to collect my phone that had never worked. I refused. that was last year. Two years paying a phone that never worked.
