Phone falling apart but won't allow early Upgrade

I am Due for an Upgrade on 1 June 2013, My Current phone has so many issues that It has become unuseable.

It Is Now the 9 May and all I ask is that they allow me to upgrade now so that I have a phone that works yet because this specific number does not spend more than R800 they will not allow it. Despite the fact that I spend on average between R2500 and R4500 p/m with Vodacom.

It seems that Vodacom does not need my business so Maybe Another Cellular company will get it instead.
