Brand New BB9810 Replaced But Still Problemetic

Hi i have taken out a contract in Jan 2012 and few months back the phone was faulty i sent it in for repairs and was unable to be repaired and replaced with a refurbished phone i had no loan phone nor a phone for 1.5 weeks and now the refurbished phones keeps freezing, rebooting and switching off i was told to hand it into the centre once again i cannot afford to be without a phone again as well i am have no time to drive out to the walk centres as i work mon-fri and the centre's are way out for me. Im am paying R329.00 PER MONTH and this is the service and poor product i recieve this is insane, iam really upset 2 phones and still problemetic. The call centre and service centre are of no help, i want MTN to personally bring me a brand new phone i paying lots of money and have never skipped a payment.
