On the 27th Feb 2013, I took my phone in for repairs as it just wouldn't switch on. I then received a refurbished phone on the 7th March 2013 and had to return that same phone on the 8th March 2013 due to it freezing after a few minutes of being switched on. I then received another refurbished phone on the 13th March 2013, which had to be returned on the 15th March 2013 due to it switching off every 5 minutes. My upgrade was in September 2012, so surely I should be issued with a brand new phone instead of other peoples faulty phones which are being refurbished? I am paying a lot of money at the moment for a phone that I cannot use, and I request that we can either cancel my contract due to poor service, or I be given a brand new phone that I am able to use. I would really appreciate some assistance in this matter.
