We got a new contract in December last year for a 9360. After 2 months the phone we had to take the phone in because it was switching off and on all the time. The phone was sent to the repair centre and it couldn't be repaired so we got a "refurbished" phone. Now the charging unit is broken and they want me to pay R1800 for repairs. This is a "refurbished" unit. It wasn't my brand new phone that I am paying for. I expect this to be covered. Please can someone sort this out asap. It's unacceptable.
