Worst service ever!!!

OK FOR STARTERS I PURCHASED A PHONE FROM 8TA, HOWEVER IT WAS NOT WORKING WITHIN THE 7 DAYS PERIOD. SO I WENT TO GIVE IT IN, I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AS WELL, THEY CAPTURED INCORRECT INFORMATION ON THEIR SYSTEM, ANYWAY THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A NEW DEVICE THEY GAVE ME A REFURBISHED PHONE, I NEVER RECEIVED A BRAND NEW PHONE, SO I'M ACTUALLY PAYING FOR A REFURBISHED PHONE!!! AFTER THAT I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONE, I SENT IT FOR REPAIRS, AND IT TOOK THEM 7 WEEKS FOR ME TO GET THE PHONE BACK BUT THE PHONE WAS STILL NOT WORKING THE SCREEN WAS NOT PLACED ON PROPERLY, IT WAS LIFTING UP AND THE PHONE WAS FREEZING, THE LIST IS ENDLESS. NOW I HAVE TO SEND IT IN AGAIN SO ALL THIS TIME I MUST PAY FOR A PHONE THAT I DON'T EVEN HAVE. THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE AND POOR SERVICE EVER!!! ITS SO SAD
