I am not sure if there's anybody at Vodacom who is interested in helping me or other customers who are just as frustrated. I 'm receiving threatening letters for something that has nothing to do with me, I am so OFF. I have a been a loyal customer of Vodacom only get a slap on face, I'm not even interested in explain what's going on because I have told my story more than a million times and all I want is to have my cell phone number re-activated and you can deal with your internal issues because it's not my fault that you hire in your shops, I have proof that I took a lumia phone in December and brought it back within 7 days and you gave me proof for THAT I GAVE IT BACK, and now you are threatening to black list for me for your mistakes!!! NO I DONT THINK SO, I have hate your network and feel like telling the whole world about how horrible your customer service is!!! Every time I phone the shop I get different excuses or promises to be called back but nobody calls me back.
