In Jan i took my Nokia Lumia 920 to the vodacom Vincent Park to have the cracked screen repaired. After MUCH phoning i was given a quote of R2067.00 which i paid on the 8th January. After NUMEROUS phone calls my phone was eventually delivered to Tiekams Cellular.
The process of getting this phone repaired was a nightmare as they NEVER EVER bother to phone you back even after they have assured you and made promises that they will phone you back.

On receiving the phone back I discovered that the phone would no longer switch on which it was doing when it was first handed in. Tiekams sent the phone back and after 2 weeks i am still awaiting a response. I have forwarded proof of payment as requested. On Wednesday i spoke to Daniel 5 times and each time was as assured that Imran (workshop manager) would phone me back, to date I have still NOT received his call. On 30th jan Tiekams emailed Vincent Vodacom with proof of payment and to date we have still not heard from them.

Please can you assist as Vodacom Vincent park are just not interested in attending to this problem and just avoid answering their phones and DO NOT get back to me. SHOCKING SERVICE and total lack of customer Care.
