I have been with neotel for some time. I just moved from North Cliff to Craigavon, Fourways. The signal is very poor. I contacted Neotel and asked about putting an aerial up. They said that won't help as I have a weak modem. They advised me that somebody will call be the next day (which does not happen) and will arrange that my netgear modem will be replaced for a Linux modem as this is stronger. They also advised me that my neotel phone will also be exchanged for one with an aerial. My reference number: fcr98368642. I have been on the phone with them the entire day and no one can help me. They don't even use ref numbers. I am in the process of finding another service centre. You can't even make a complaint on there website.it does not allow normal numbers and you only have 200 letters to use.
