We trying to get a proper internet service in Brackenhurst, we currently using the 3G so we contacted Neotel.
He said we have got coverage and will have no problem using the internet services. He also let us understand that we will get the modem and everything and when the product was delivered, what did we get, another 3G.
We left several messages for Tebogo to call us back and he does not bother to call us back. Left him e-mails and he still do not call us back. We already got an account from Neotel for a product that is not working in the area.
Can this matter be sorted out. How can Neotel employ someone that is making such false promises. He promised us that in January 2014 new product will be installed with the modem and aerial so that get proper internet. Wow it is 15th of January 2014 nothing yet.
