Been having internet cuts since Wed 21/08/13. Reported to call centre on 3 diff days. Keep getting different stories. Now im told that something in my store is interfering with the signal. I had this problem a few months ago, Neotel found out later that the towers were down. I have not moved my computer or modem in the last year, so signal should be perfect. Intermittent signal is a network issue & the Consultants keep blaming my hardware instead of investigating the network. Also I have a ZTE Neotel Phone & call quality is poor.
