In the last couple of months my ADSL line as decreased in quality. I've logged countless of calls yet telkom refuses to send a technician out to investigate the problem properly. I will log a call and then I will get sms that say its resolved. It's not resolved.
It's clearly a bad connection somewhere as the problem gets worse when it rains. I have to insist that a technician come out and FIX the issue
