CONTINUE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH CELL C

First, I had a problem with Cell c overcharging me each month. After sorting that problem now they discovered a new way to cheat my money out of my pocket with another. After viewing my July statement - I discovered call charges I did not even make. I called Cell C, 30 May and requested them to please don't allow any additional credit on my account. I got an sms stating my credit limit is R1, 00 So I left it at that. I used to use the sim in my tablet, but sold the tablet and used the sim in my modem stick (very seldom). Calling Cell C, I questioned why if I requested no additional credit - how can I have this charges? I was told I got an sms that my credit limit was increased to R2000 in July. - Who requested the increase, BECAUSE I DID NOT? How can they just increase the limit without my consent? Now they request payment from me AFTER I REQUESTED NO CREDIT LIMIT!!! Come on Cell C - Really you have to get your act together - I am not paying for your mistakes!!!
