I have been trying to request a credit limit increase on my RCS card for the last 4 days. Every time I call, I am told that the link to the ITC is down and therefore my request for a limit increase cannot be processed. I find this completely unacceptable. Why is there no workaround? Failover plan? How can a business operate without any backup plan for their IT systems?
