I previously complaint about bad service from Cell C where they messed me around putting a new contract onto the incorrect account. That was sorted out and I (prematurely) changed the complaint to a smile. Guess what? Now I did not get my renewed monthly 2 Gig Data! After various emails asking Cell C on what date I will get my new data, I was informed the 14th of every month. On my callendar today is the 15th - no data! Looks like they can get nothing done correctly. Please cancel the contract if you cannot deliver!!! Poor, very poor service Cell C.
