Dear Vodacom, please acept my sincere apologies as i have blocked you guys from debiting my account this month. i really do not appreciate the way that you have been treating me. This complaint gors back to Jan this year. it is April and still nothing has been done regarding refunding my BIS. I ported my 073 number to vodacom and i was charged twice as well for BIS. i will withold the money until someone gets back to me.
