I noted on 26 April 2013 that my account usage was R 408. I only called approximately 5 - 10 minutes over my free minute limit and thus knew there was a problem with the billing. I reported the problem to Cell C on 20 April 2013 when the account was more or less R 260 usage when I still had available free minutes, data and sms's. I reported the problem and nothing came from it. I phoned Cell C again on the 084 140 contact number and they advised me that I subcribed to Wapbil and gave me a contact number to phone. I phone Yvonne and found out I subcribed to the use of games ect which was said in a vage voice to be unclear. I asked them to close the subscription which I never gave authorisation for. This is a activity as I did not receive any service from this [URL Removed] but had to pay approximately R 400 for. The fact that Cell C allows the billing to take place after there have been a multiple of complains of billing from this entity is bad monitoring from the Cell C management and the Department at Cell C.
