After lodging an complaint earlier this week I was contacted by an consultant at Vodacom and assured that my complaint will be attended to and resolved as soon as possible. It's been a week since I received my phone from Ram couriers and my number is still not ported as requested. The agreement was that the new contract be added to my existing number once the number is ported from the Cell C network to Vodacom. If this is not possible I was obviously to and therefore no longer wish to have a Vodacom contract. Also the battery on this phone only last about a day once fully charged, is this normal? I hardly use this phone as I'm still waiting on my number to be ported.
