I am horrified with the service or rather the lack of service i received from Mtn.
My phone went in for repairs In December 2012. To date i have not reeceive it back. I go to the store manager who tells me to call Repairs. I call repairs who refer me back to the store manager.
They all promise to help and promise to call me back but nothing.
I am just going around circles...
What makes things even worse is that the seems to be no way i can Escalate the matter...
My account has been debited every month.
The phone was still in warrenty when i sent it to be fixed.
Completely disappointed by thier serivice
