Based on the list of plans shown 2 me by a sales associate, I took out a cell phone contract with Vodacom last week. A couple days ltr I was speaking 2 a colleague who had takn out a similar plan a few wks b4 but for twice the benefits I selected same price as I was paying. When he told me about his plan, I was surprised, since I was not aware that the co. had such options. I wnt back 2 the store to enquire why was I not presented with all the options or at least informed that there were other plans 2 consider; options that would have impacted the contract selected. The mgr said that it was not the sales associate responsibility 2 provide me with all Vodacom's existing plans. He said that customers should come to the store knowing what they want and 2 suggest otherwise was madness. I could not believe that that was the response coming from the mngr. If I come 2 your store asking what my options are then I would expect that u would provide me with all available options or at least inform me that there are options other than what u hv indicated so I, as your potential customer, can make an informed decision. I'm not impressed with ur customer svc, Vodacom. Totally not impressed!
