Please help

I have currently been a loyal cell c customer for nearly 10 years and am very disappointed at the level of service I received recently at a Cell C outlet at the somerset west Branch. My latest phone is a blackberry 9790 which for some reason keeps on resetting and my battery dies after a few hours. As I have the phone for over 12 months I went to enquire about a new battery to which I was informed that cell c no longer stocks my battery and sent me on my way to Vodacom and MTN to enquire if they are able to assist. The only options offered was to send my phone in for repairs and paying the required fee over and above the replacement cost of the battery. As the phone still has 14 months left on the contract as it was an early upgrade I dont understand how the company could have discontinued supplying the battery for a product I am currently still on contract to pay. No other options offered.
