I DONT QUALIFY BASED ON VETTING

Vodacom called me to say I qualify for an upgrade. After speaking to the consultant I agreed to upgrade and asked what are my available cellphone options. of which the consultant (Mark) gave me the options and I agreed to take the Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505. I then asked how long will it take to be delivered and he said 3-5 working days. I then asked is there no quiker way and he said yes, if I physically go into my nearest Vodacom shop, and just to take along my ID and they will hand me the cellphone as my profile is already online. I then agreed to do so, when I got to the store they no said I do not qualify for the particular phone based on some P400 vetting and affordability. they then said ok they will email the upgrades dept to re-vet me again I had to wait another two days, before I went back to the store I called to ask if upgrades responded they said yes I can come and collect the cellphone mentioned previously, after two days drove back to the store to collect the phone, only again now to hear I don't qualify after being told on 2 occasions I do. I explained to them they cannot tell me I do not qualify bcoz I know I can afford 399 per month e
