I feel like i am being punished, now this is issue number 3 with mtn, the first one i raised with them internal on facebook, i explain fia mail that every time my debit order goes of it returns back to me my bank (fines me R115 that i did n, t pay mtn and the money returns back to my account for that issue i only received a mail they said they are trying to call me but i did n, t see any voice mail or missed calls but any was this issue repeated it self last month, i was relaxed pined the money and when to absa bank and deposited the money i owed directly to mtns account i got the acknowledgement that the payment has been done and it is reflecting . now this morning i wake up and all my numbers are blocked, i call the help desk and they are saying that i need to go make a payment because i have an UN-payed balance, this for me as a client is the last straw i am irritated, my mac0-book issue is still now solved i received a fixed mac instead of a new one and on top 3 applications are now missing on it and all my number are now disconnected, again i feel like i am being punished .and now one bothers to do something this is very very irritating to me as a client for 2 years
