Vodacom is busy pushing 1, 000s of Off-Peak 120 customers away from them due to not providing any options available. My son's contract (0731482825) which expires next month sits with more than 500 "free minutes" which I will loose, except if I upgrade to a much more expensive Talk package.
I will definitely be one of the customers pushing for "Treating Customers Fairly" legislation to also be brought into the Cell phone Industry because then Vodacom will definitely be penalised excessively.
I hope to hear what Vodacom is going to do to retain me as customer with a monthly bill of in excess of R1, 000.
