Poor/Non-Existence of signal/reception

I recently upgraded my contract (regrettably before I found out that there is no Vodacom 3G coverage in my area - I have gone to a Vodashop to look at the 3G coverage in my area and there is NONE!). It is beyond pathetic. It literally is impossible to use my cell phone in my house. This means that my cellphone is obsolete as any phone is only as good as it's reception. Is there ANYTHING that Vodacom can do?? I have called customer care numerous times and once it was suggested that I install a 3G booster antenna at my own expense... what part of "why should your (Vodacom) lack of service become my (the paying customer's) problem? " does Vodacom not understand? I am tired of calling the call centre and getting cut off. Could a competent person please contact me so that we can discuss my options, and by options I mean porting to another service provider and cancelling my contract.
