No fast internet experience

I already complaint because I dont have 3G to use for internet and when there is its for a minute or 2. I went through to a Vodashop in Riversdale to get a data sim for my cell, which the lady gave me just to receive the next day a sms to tell me I cant use this because my contract isnt a contract because its a topup. I have to pay for the sim and had to drive 65km to get it. The same I went in December to the Vodashop in the mall in Strand to activate my LTE on the phone, also to here I cant be activated because its not a contract, but I'm spending R14XX.00 every month with Vodacom. I really have to see what my option going to be. 2 of my contracts is up for renewal, 1 in March end the other in August, have to move somewhere else I think. Internet will also be queried because even spend that much with them is not good enough!!!
