I took an upgrage from MTN on 27or 28 March 2013 for a Black Berry Z10. The device was delivered on 03/04/2012.
I loaded music on the device after a week and i expienced that the phone was faulty as everytime i press pause on the device or headsets while playing music and after few minutes press play the sound doesnt come out i have to restart the phone evertime it does that.
i called MTN tech support on 23/04/2013 they advise i should take the phone to thier service centre as the device is faulty. I did took the devide on 24/04/2013 to their service centre were i was told to wait 14 days. Which i dont understand as this was not my fault.
i called MTN DIRECT 25/04/2013 they told me that i should wait for the phone to be repaired as their 10 period was over when i noticed that the device was faulty.
All i want from MTN is a new Phone, Not the phone that was factory fauty and needs to be repaired.
