Monday, 06 May 2013 i tested my tracking device and only to found ou that is not responding as a norm. I've a C tracking device to SMS locator plus panic button. All this functions are not responding, like when I send a SMS to the device or if I press the panic button both of them are not responding. I phone C-track support centre and no one is will to assist me with despatching a technician to come and have look at my tracking device. i phoned them more than 4 times and no one bothered to phone me or come to my rescue. i'm fed-up with C-track company and they've a poor customer service and I won't recommended them in future. I'll make sure i won't pay them end of the month and they can do whatever they want.
