Faulty device not repaired and not replaced

I took a Samsung Tablet 2 (P5100) on contract in 2012 December. In 2013 January, it was failing to boot, especially when not on charge. Even on charge, it would stay on for at least 5 minutes.
I took the device to the service provider in Southgate MTN, they sent it for repairs and the fault was valid.
They later called end of February 2013, that the device was back in store and repaired. I went there and the device was not repaired but came with the return slip that it has been approved, and was found that I was suppose to get a new device of which I never did.
They promised me that they will look into the matter, till April. I kept calling, and received a lot of stories from them.
I went to the shop end of may, still, the device was not changed nor repaired.
It is still faulty like it was previous.
