MTN Boulevard centre Vanderbijlpark I renewed my contract with MNT on 13 December 2013 the phone was
faulty. MNT took in my phone on 11-01-2014 to have it repaired or will give me new device, they said that I would have my phone within 7 days It is now 20 days and I have not received my device, I did contact customer care 0839000349 they are ignoring all my e-mails and communication The service is appalling!!! I feel that I should receive a new device since the one given to me was faulty BB 9720 MTN must treat customers with more respect and service if they want to grow and protect their brand
