Paying for something you're not able to use

I've been using preparid internet for over a year and decided to take out a 1GB contract on the same 072 number as it was cheaper. This "upgrade" took place last Wednesday 17/4/2013, and since then I have not been able to use my @vodamail email address. Firstly the lady in Simmonds Street branch told me I'd need to wait 4 hours before the contract would be effective. Tried calling the call centre and despite not having contacted them was told i'd exceeded my 2 calls and to call back on 2/5/2013. Went to Clearwater Vodashop on 20/4/2013 and they reset my password, told me it would take 24 hrs. Went to Westgate branch yesterday, 23/4/2013 and was told there's no problem (when data guy Pallo I think, phoned Vodacom). He promised to call me and I'm still waiting. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO TO GET MY EMAIL ADDRESS WORKING AGAIN??? I'm paying for a service I cannot use. I switched from MTN because of bad service, seems like Vodacom's employed MTN's old staff - same bad service
