NEW CONTRACT NEW PHONE - CANNOT RECEIVE CALLS

Over a week ago, I signed a new contract with a new phone (SAMSUMG S4 Zoom). I am very happy with my phone and received FANTASTIC SERVICE from Idris (Klerksdorp Flamwoodwalk branch).

The problem however is that this new phone cannot receive calls from a cell phone nor sms.

WE HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING!!! Putting the sim in another phone to determine whether it was the SIM or the PHONE, still didnt work.

I went back to the vodacome branch where I got the new phone and a SIM SWOP was done. STILL DOESNT WORK.

I have phoned the call center NUMEROUS TIMES, to be told that I would be contacted back. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO DO THAT IF THE PHONE DOES NOT RECEIVE CALLS.

I have been told that a technician will call me, and that my case is STILL PENDING.

It is unacceptable for me to wait any longer for someone to assist me. I AM NOT WAITING ANOTHER 24 - 48 hours for ASSISTANCE!

I WANT MY NEW PHONE TO BE WORKING PROPERLY as I am paying a lot of money and am not receiving the service that Vodacom promises.

I NEED ASSISTANCE TODAY!!!
