Still being billed for a service I cancelled!!!

I signed a data contract for a wireless router from them in December. I later found out that there is no network where I live even though their website and sales consultants confirmed coverage in the area. I logged numerous calls to their technical department and they'd promised to come and boost coverage, nothing happened till I decided to cancel the contract. not even one byte used form their network, they charged me cancellation fees and till now, I pay for a subscription I cancelled 6 months ago. They claim they have called me and had no response. Asking them for a number that I can call to cancel the contract (again) they were not able to give me a number. I know they will copy and paste a response here as well because that's what they do!!!
