I signed a data contract for a wireless router from them in December. I later found out that there is no network where I live even though their website and sales consultants confirmed coverage in the area. I logged numerous calls to their technical department and they'd promised to come and boost coverage, nothing happened till I decided to cancel the contract. not even on byte used form their network, they charged me cancellation fees and a month later they debited a subscription fee of my account. They are so incompetent its crazy!!!
