Inefficient Service and Website

I am at an utter loss for words... been trying to activate the MTN self service for over 3 weeks now.. I get different responses from the call centre and customer 'care' email and go through endless loops of logging on on the MTN sites... jeepers I am quite tech savvy but the MTN websites are confusing as .

Come on get a clue and start making your website easier to use. All i want to do is activate the self service in order to buy data. I truely regret porting to MTN
