Good day. I'm not too happy regarding my cellphone provi cust service I have two contracts and have been struggling to get information. I upgraded a while ago to a IPHONE 4S. i wasn't too happy with the device as i am a apple freak. the device gave me a lot of problems, the wife disables itself ect ect. shuts down by itself. as i'm really busy. i never had the chance to take back the phone.i was mugged in PTA and my phone and a few other important items was . i reported it to the police. went into the mall at redds branch. gave in my papers and documents. i did a sim swop and have to use a nokia 3310 now! well that is that. i've tried emailing and phoning head office they kept putting my call through etc.to hear what i can do because of my loss to hear how much i should still pay on my contract as it is actually of no use anymore. i can't use the apps i wanted to. but still no reply. i wish my contracts were both finished. i'm struggling to pay for a phone that i don't have anymore. just because insurance was so expensive. Just had to out my feeling regarding this. you really dont have to reply.
