I received a call from Mweb offering me a special deal on ADSL internet services. Great! They will apply for the ADSL Line and deliver the Billion router to me. No problem! According to the very friendly lady speaking to me, the ADSL Line will take 15 working days and the router will be delivered to my work address within 5 days. This was about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday however I received a sms from Telkom that my ADSL line is activated but still I have not received a router. Phoned Mweb and was informed that I never ordered a router. Great! Asked them to investigate as they can track the call and listen to it, told that someone will phone me back. Received a phone call after an hour from a lady at mweb who heard I had a problem but she does not know what the problem is. Explained to her, told her I want feedback by 15h00 yesterday, no response. Phoned Mweb again 16h00, was told to hold on, eventually put the phone down, because I was holding on forever. Please Mweb tell me where is my router? Will the amount for the router still be deducted from my account on 1 May?
