Im on a MTN contract. Suppose to get R100 p/m on my phone, BIS included. This month my phone was cut off, I lost clients because I couldn't phone them ect. When I phone MTN they said I reached my credit limit (I know its not possible) well then I paid for a statement to see how was it possible to reach my credit limit... I saw they charged me for internet. I did put a Quarry in and they STILL didn't get back to me (1week later) now my debit order is going off on Thursday and I still didnt get feed back. THE BEST OF ALL: after my phone was cut off and it came on there was R30 took off from my R100 that I was supposed to get. STILL they can't tell me where that money has gone- because I made sure im not making ANY phone call untill the sort it out, so HOW is it possible to lose R30?? IM SO disappointed in MTN's service, especially after losing new clients because off my phone that was blocked and thi sis every months situation, and I was dumb enough to just keep paying
